Its economy is mainly sustained by tourism because it is a tax-free country. As this country is a principality, the government is headed by two heads of State, which are the Bishop of the Spanish Diocese of Urgell and the President of France, the latter currently represented by Philippe Massoni and by the Head of Government, Marc Forné. The legislative body is the General Council, which is unicameral and has 28 members. The Superior Council of Justice is the main judicial authority.
