Tropical biomes are the ones located in the strip that goes from the Tropic of Cancer (23°27’N) to the Tropic of Capricorn (23°27’S), in an area where sunrays fall intensely year round and temperatures are always warm. This directly conditions the existing type of live, which is spread out in three ecological zones: tropical forests (or jungles), tropical grasslands (or savannahs) and the desert.
Each one has well defined features that make them hugely different.
