Sustainable development: Ideal balance
Although man supposedly has sufficient rational capacity to conserve and protect the integrity of the ecosystems in which he lives, this is not enough, because during many years he has placed economic and social interests before looking after his surroundings. For this reason it has become necessary to create a new global vision in which growth, a more just society and environmental care are combined that is, the concept that today is called sustainable development.
