One of the world’s largest mammals inhabits the Protected Marine and Coastal Area of Francisco Coloane: The Humpback Whale (Megaptera novaeangliae).  This species is capable of emitting different sounds, which are a form of long-distance communication between different whale communities.  So, why doesn’t water present a program for the transmission of sound?
